Free Insulation Grant UK
Insulation grants are intended to assist the poorest families with high energy expenditures. Each eco grant has various eligibility conditions. However, if you’re in a low-income household, have a poorly performing home in terms of energy efficiency, are receiving benefits, and live in a low council tax band, you’re likely to qualify for one of the available insulation grants
Have an energy performance certificate (EPC) ranging from D to G; check yours. Is in Council Tax bands A-D in England or A-E in Wales (check your band). Contact us, and we’ll arrange for a FREE home visit by a Home Surveyor to inspect your house and confirm appropriateness.
Poor insulation can cause a UK household to lose up to one-third of its total heat, which is the equivalent of throwing away £1 for every £3 spent on heating. Insulating your walls, floors, and loft can save you £630-£730 per year on energy expenditures. Home insulation can reduce your annual CO2 emissions by 1.4-1.7 tonnes.
